I’m disgusted by Takealot service ,missing chairs rude drivers

Disgusted by the service and treatment and delays over a 7 piece table and chairs I ordered on the 29 of November for my Xmas celebration order number *** so I only received the table on the 7th ,I realised the chairs were not delivered ,emailed and emailed I did not want a credit they offered I want 6 chairs they only got back to me yesterday conform they will bring the entire set and take back the table tomorrow Friday .after my meeting this morning I called back the missed call number a rude ,unprofessional driver was asking me why am I not picking up ,I told him I’m only expecting a delivery tomorrow rude he hung up I called back he hung up again ,he said he is collecting the table ,Peter the agreement was they can only collect the table upon receipt of the entire set as an exchange .i am disappointed,they are a **** I want my chairs not stories not rude drivers who don’t confirm time and also bring incorrect stuff missing I have paid this **** company they have not delivered
