II received a damaged product that was rejected when I returned without a reason

I ordered a Lenovo Laptop for the value of R5000 and TakeAlot delivered a laptop with a cracked frame and everytime I tried to close it it would get worse and when I returned it they rejected it without a reason and kept it at their storage for more than 21 days.
