Ignoring me,,,, Phone me and sort out this problem.

I love Takealot,, BUT I NOW HAVE A PROBLEM AS I HAVE PHONED 4 TIMES TRYING TO SOLVE A PROBLEM AND THRY ARE EITHER IGNORING ME OF DONT WANT TO HELP All I wNt it for Takealot to help me sort out this issue I have. Really that's all I want. Takealot has always within 5 minutes sorted you problems out. But not this time. Everyone I spoke to (and they know who they are) promised to send me an email so that I can send them the pictures I have to be able to sort out the issue. But they never did, meaning I had to phone back every time (4times) and ask and explain my whole story again over and over .
