Ignoreing the instructions

Im very dissapointed in takealot. I paid for the items to be delivered the next day. Its been 2days, Im still waiting. The second parcel I moved the delivery cause Im on crutches and need someone at home. They did not moved my order and I had to send the courier away and asked to come back for the next day cause there is no one to help me today. This really fustrates me alot.
