Ignorance from the company

I have a problem with Take a lot of not listening to my complaints and requests

There's a courier service they use of the name Fast and furious, that courier has poor service and their tracking is not updated well they take their time to deliver orders and there's misinformation

I requested from Take a lot 2 or 3 times for my orders not to be delivered by Fast and furious courier

Now when I track my order it says it will be delivered on the 19th March of which that date has passed, the 19th March was supposed to be a shipping date from Take a lot to Fast and furious, but on the tracking update they said they will deliver on the 19th meanwhile on time track on the 19th March at 17h36 the parcels where handed over from Take a lot warehouse to courier facility in Glenmarais Kampton Park that is in Gauteng and yet they said they will deliver on the 19th March to where I am in Eastern Cape.
