Ignorance and Arrogance Sandwich of Bad Service

<p>Last wednesday I placed an order an take a lot an received an email confirmin g delivery for 1 Nov. I called today at 10:24 and spoke to Sibahle who confirmed that delivery will take place today before 5pm. Again I called 10:49 spoke to Ashley once again confirmed delivery is for today and will follow up withe courier and call me back of which he never did . I called at 16:17 querying that no delivery has taken , Portia confirmed that order is with the courier scheduled for delivery today but she was unable to get hold of the driver and will call me back of which she never did. 16:42 called to query delivery and was now told delivery is scheduled for tomorrow and that it was never scheduled for today and when i disputed this, the call was cut. 16;47 called again I was told off in so many to basically to speak to the hand as my order was scheduled for delivery tomrrow and all the people i had spoken to must have been smoking something. Eventually Shawal who is a team leader came to the line and apologised but still confirming delivery is not today. The strangest part is the order tracker from take a lot status was order on its way from the 31 Oct and today status is order schedule for delivery today. which could only imply that the courier did not assign the order for delivery as planned but nobody was prepared to follow up with Mr delivery as the priority was to get me off the line and basically tell me to go dive into the nearest cliff. </p>
