Takealot is the worst way to shop, only useful as last resort. They are the reason I hate shopping online, as I have to wait a week to receive something I could get in under an hour, had it been stocked at a brick-and-mortar store. They have the capacity to deliver orders within a day, even same-day, but more often than not, choose not to offer that option. I was planning on upgrading my computer this weekend, but now have to delay until next weekend, as I was denied the option to have my order delivered on Saturday or Sunday, Had I had the option to buy the part elsewhere, I wouldn't even consider using Takealot. I hope Amazon invests in a proper launch in SA, they will brutalize this pathetic excuse of an online store.
