If you are here trying to see whether or not to use Takealot... Do not use them ever!!!!! EVER!

Send my soundbar back cause it was defective. Was told to either get credited or have it repaired. I said have it repaired, they credited me anyway. I sent them countless emails with no response. I later got a call saying my account was credited I can reorder a soundbar, I told them that I want mine repaired cause the price has since increased. I have not received a response since. I then noticed that the price was back to normal again and now I tried to reorder but it declined cause the price was R10 more and I didn't have that in my takealot account. I've spend probably around R100 000 on takealot over the years, I'm done using them cause they are *****s! I want someone in management to call me and help me out with this before I find my own way to escalate this!
