If this is how takealot.com treats people, I am never ever buying there anymore. I bought Nokia 215 4G phone and I am completely disappointed. I am confident that I have purchased a used phone. I turn on the phone, expecting to set everything up myself, but the dates and times have already been established for me. To my surprise, the phone came with a half-charged battery, which I tried to charge overnight but it didn't fill up, the phone has a list of contact numbers with names saved already. I'm not sure where or how I'm supposed to return this item. I can not be using a phone which I am not even sure of its life span.
