If pathetic was a business

The 3rd of April,i was awarded at work with a takealot voucher for R1000.trying to understand how it works,i inserted the voucher number and after browsing,logged off as found nothing as it was early stages of lockdown. The month of May came and thought to use the voucher for mother’s day.I added a vaccum machine to my trolley/cart and after inserting my voucher number,i was advised that the voucher had already been used. The site advised that the vouchers last up to 3 years and if i used the voucher, what and where is my purchase?!i immediately went to the help option and was advised that my inquiry would be resolved in 7days...I continue to wait! Why advise of products /services you cannot manage or deliver? Pathetic!!
