My cellphone was returned due to the screen freezing. The phone was returned on the 14/09 and was declined due to the gmail acc still being active on the ph??? This is utter nonsense as the phone was set back to factory settings when it was returned. Today... nearing almost 2 months, the phone was never returned to me! I want to know why its taking so long, and NOBODY is following up on it. All the effort is coming from the customer's side and nobody seems to care. Did they lose the phone, did someone ***** it?? This is unacceptable as now I am phoneless. They did not have any issues when they got their R6500 payment for the phone. I have been a loyal client with Takealot for all the years and me having worked for the same group, makes me wonder how their standards dropped. Is everyone using Covid 19 as an excuse to hide behind the actual way they operate their business!!?
