If it's not the first time delivery, forget it. .

I am extremely unhappy with takealot. They sent me the wrong parcel and what a mission to get the right parcel from them. I phoned them on 27/11, nothing happened. On 30/11 I phoned again, asking a status and they then only logged it. I arranged for someone to be at my home on 01/12, they said collection would happen after I notified them that the person is only there until 14:00. When I phoned the afternoon they said the packaged was already collected. At 15:00 they phone again to do a collection, after I asked them why, they said sorry and that the system showed its been returned. Same thing when I phoned them on 02/12, packaged returned. I told them I had to drive out specially to my house to collect the package due to it was still not collected. They said they have the correct package and the exchange will happen today. This afternoon they sent an sms saying package will only be collected 03/12. Phoned customer care again, they said they can confirm nothing. The courier is not part of them, although its there contractor. I can not be at the office next two days, so will most probably receive my parcel next week. That's the best they can do. Poor service compared to the past. .
