Idiots working at Takealot.com

I ordered 2 dog jerseys a size 4 and a size 5. I received 2 x size 3. I logged a return. Was collected and a replacement ordered. Received again 2 x size 3 as replacement. How thick and useless can you be. Called to to get the issue rectified and the the idiot that answered the call was of of no help. Promised feedback. Still waiting. I have been ordering for over 10 years and the service just seems to get worse over time
