I wouldn't suggest purchasing ebooks with TAKEALOT

Not a good place to buy your ebooks and it is non refundable, the customer service is great but has little knowledge on the ebook user information, as I have phoned 4 times with a complaint and as far as I am aware even though the product is stated non refundable I am not happy as a consumer I have the right to my account being credited as I am not happy with the product, but they state otherwise. The ebook department has been ot got back to me or given me a call, I have followed all steps regarding my download to no success, unless I physically go in with my computer. It's sttes on my purchase it's a PDF and when I purchased it it was in ACSM format, I understand that these are similar and I can convert it, but why must I spend my time trying to convert it when it states its in a PDF format! There system is not user friendly, and I would advise to not purchase ebooks with Takealot, go to Amazon as they are alot more user friendly and organised!
