I would never order from takealot again

I placed an order on the 21st of December and my delivery was due for the 22nd. I did not receive my order on the 22nd.. It then updated on the website that I would be receiving it on the 23rd before 19:00 and it's now the 27th of November and I feel like I'm being brushed off by agents when I ask questions. I'm receiving very generic answers. My parcel was in rondebosch apparently which is not light years away from where I am.. Apparently it needs to be dropped of at another depot and no one has communicated with me... I have to call in everytime.
