I would like to report my terrible experience with Takealot regarding my order D01RRNSVZJXPRYB. I returned an item (a mirror) 3 months ago and have been waiting all this time for my return order to be resolved. Despite following up multiple times, nothing has been done. The level of service and delay is unacceptable. At this point, I no longer want the mirror. I want my full refund issued immediately. Takealot’s lack of proper communication, delay in processing, and failure to resolve my case has caused me great frustration. I am disappointed as a loyal customer and feel this situation shows a lack of respect for consumers. I expect a resolution and refund without any further delay.
