I wonder how many honest reviews do they reject

I bought a product on takelot a bassinet for my baby, and I didn't assemble it until the baby is born upon trying to assemble it i realized that it doesn't have changing table on adverti*****t,though i logged a return i am not sure if it will work because it has passed the 30 days,I didn't realize takelot reject bad reviews I tried to write a review that the bassinet didn't come with what was advertised Below is what they said
