I will take further action on Takealot if my order does not arrive tomorrow.

After my driver had not called me while I was home that he is outside and rescheduled my order which I had set for the next day (Today) I called Takealot Pick Up Point in Woodstock Cape Town and the consultant told me he will send me an informative SMS about my reschedule and Express refund, I'm still waiting. I hate the fact that with our support, as customers, our desperation is uncared for. If I do not get my refund, I will be taking this further if Hellopeter does not make sure I get my products by tomorrow 26 August. I will contact ADV. Nomakhosazana Oama-Sihunu.
