I was never disappointed by their products and services until I bought a kenwood prospero kitchen machine. It worked and then it stopped working after a few times, I reported it for repairs/replacement they responded to me in a few days saying they can refund me, then shortly I was refunded fully. Thank u for your service. Takealot never fails??
