I WAS ****MED BY takealot and its supplier REDISSON My order #*** arrived as scheduled, but upon unboxing it i realised that the device was not in the package, so i paid R218+R75 delivery fee for an empty box, i sent them countless emails reporting the issue and they keep saying "the issue has been escalated", it has been three weeks now, they do not want to refund me, they do not want to exchange, THEY ****MED ME
