I wanted a watch not a wrist band

Good Day sir /madam I am very sorry for the inconvenience but I ordered a watch not a wrist band and so frustrating to know that your order is coming but only to find out that it's not what I was looking for and for a first time buying online really doesn't make me want to buy again ever online.. Can I get a refund please and further instructions to bring it back to the company I'm so disappointed sorry for the inconvenience caused...
