I want my sons scooter bike.

On the 30th of May 2026 I ordered a scooter bike, and it was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd of June and when I track the odder it says it was delivered on this date 3rd of June 2026, yet I did not receive my order I waited until 17:30PM my order did not arrive I sent them an email telling them that I did not receive my odder I haven't got any response.
