I WANT MY SKYWOTH NOT A REFUND

I logged a return of a 65 inch TV and to get a replacement. I logged this 4 times before with them not collecting the TV from me. Now after successfully wrapping the TV, I spoke to a consultant and they said they'll log it for me. Now I telephonically told the consultant I want a replacement. He logged a refund. And I bought that TV during black friday. I don't want my money I want my TV. This is by far the worst experience I've had with takealot.
