I want my refund - *****

I have asked numerous times last week to just give me my refund back. Just about 5 minutes ago the driver rocks up with the items that I have cancelled last week. I called several times to let this people know that I want the stuff cancelled because I paid for the stuff once off, I don't want partial deliveries of my order. Then they lie and say they cancelled and refunded me fully now the driver rocks up with a partial delivery.
