I want my refund for an item not received .

This will be the second order that takealot is unable to fulfill. Once I paid Takealot verified delivery for the 18/05/2020 its the 19/05/2020 today and i haven't received my Order #***6. I logged a call via your online portal (Id #***3) still no help/feedback .If takealot and their vendors (3rd party)are unable to fulfill an order remove the item online in this day and age, that is totally unacceptable and inconvenient. Isn't Takealot in the business of being convenient??? .I just want my refund to purchase my item somewhere else.
