I WANT MY REFUND!!!!!

I returned an item to take alot on the 8th of October and they refunded the funds to a bank account of mine that was closed in September. I emailed Take Alot and called to notify them that the bank account is closed and the funds need to be paid into my new bank account which I provided proof of account for. Take alot blatantly told me to contact ABSA bank as they have the funds. I provided take alot with emails from the bank stating that they do not have the funds but to this date take alot has not refunded me. Being a customer for over 10 years to receive this service is pathetic!!
