I want my refund

I bought a flexible laptop ,and I return it because it wasn't coming on at all.they exchange with the other one,which was fine and I love but the only problem was a space.i return it again and I for a refund,but then they just sent me an email to show that they received they laptop back but they are not updating me about anything.either way they send my money to a credits I will buy something from them again.
