I WANT MY REFUND!!!

I handed my return in on 2 December at your Centurion Mall pickup point. I immediately received a sms confirming receipt of my return, ref MRRNXCE65VYRM I have been BEGGING since 6 December for my refund. I phoned at least 8 times, requested a call back from a manager, sent 20 emails, still nothing! I want my money TODAY, plus a phone call with an apology, not an explanation because I honestly don't care, of you lost the item or whatever, I am NOT surprised. The lady at your drop-off center was rude, couldn't communicate properly and obviously didn't want to be there I don't care, I want my money!! Sick and tired of copy and paste emails, a consultant telling me 'the return was cancelled' What the hell??? Just pay me!!!

I will NEVER deal with Takealot again, and I will make sure to warm all my acquaintances too, you are absolutely useless at customer service I am sure Amazon is going to kill you as you are not delivering service
