I want my refund

I purchased earpods for an am

I have attached the invoice from my takealot account and the bank statement ount of R460 ( order ***8) on the 15th July which were shipped on the 22nd July 2020, upon receiving the earpods both of them were not working and they were returned. Takealot did a refund of R200 on the 28th July 2020 and the refund failed on the 30th July 2020 as stated on my takealot history transaction.. Takealot initiated another refund of R200 on the 2nd August 2020 however that refund did not reflect on the bank account. I then sent an email requesting for the R460 refund and I even sent them screenshots as proof that the was no refund paid into the bank account.

On the 10th November I received an email from Fezeka Mafenuka stating that a refund of R200 was done on the 2nd August 2020, I responded to her and informed her that the was no refund paid into the bank account and I even attached the bank statement again to show her that there was no refund on the bank statement. She responded and said she will escalate the matter to the Finance department. On the 16th November i received an email from a takealot representative Basheerah Davids stating that the refund has been paid. I responded on the 17th November 2020 informing Basheerah Davids that there was an amount of R207 that was deposited on the 16th November, again I informed Basheerah Davids that the refund that I was expecting was R460 because. Basheerah Davids responded on the same day 17th November 2020 and said I should allow 3-5 days for the refund. On the 24th November I sent Basheerah Davids and informed her that the refund that was deposited was R207 and Hlumani Mkhusane responded and said "Please confirm how many Bluetooth Ear Pods you returned". Once you have responded, we will be able to further assist you. after this email I immediately responded and after that I never heard anything from Takealot.

Takealot still owes me R253 and I want my money.
