I want my Refund

I am so disappointed to experience such as this was not the first time purchasing your items. I ordered some items, order number (***7) and it was short delivered and after sending my complaint to the customer service team, they promise to give me feedback which is they never did and after that they de-activated my profile. Please refund my money you ******.

I am so ****ed honestly and it's so unprofessional.
