i want my product or refund me

i buy a lot of products at takealot, and even return a lot of them after a few weeks or so, without any hassles, but last month i bought a hand vacuum, and after testing it out, it was very poor quality and did not do the job as stated...only had it a day, and returned it, hoping for a refund, only to be told i could not be refunded, cause the product is not sealed, as for i mentioned above i returned lots of used products before, so okay i accepted, but now i still awaits for the unwanted product to be delivered, lots of emails and calls, just to tell me , its handed over to the courier (blatantly lies) first time i had and issue with them, deeply disappointed
