I want my parcel today

Hi my name is Thembalethu Maseko, I placed an order for 2 Hobbs on the 9th of July and opted for collections Meadowlands Soweto, on the 12th I received an email advising that they canceling my order due to the Unrest that took place and I requested them not to and asked them to redirect my parcel to Kempton park as it shows it’s a pick up also, and I received an email after advising that my parcel is ready for collection on the 14th now Today when we go and collect we told my parcel is not ready and Kempton park is not a pick up!!!!! I want my parcel today and they must tell me where it is exactly as I don’t have any problems with regards to logistics
