I WANT MY ORDER DELIVERED ALREADY!

I purchased goods on the superbalist app and takealot is responsible for the delivery. My one order was supposed to arrive here friday the 19th of June but got here on the 23rd and no one called or notified me in any way. My other older was supposed to be here on the 22nd, to this day I still dont have it and I dont know where it is or what's going on. Can I have order *** delivered! The inconvenience of just sitting here not being able to go out waiting for these people is frustrating!
