I WANT MY ORDER CANCELLED NOWW & MY CREDIT BACK !!!!!!!!!!!

I want my money back NOW ! Not tomorrow, not a second later.

This failing company sends me a sms notification saying my parcel will be delivered on the 15/11. I wait the whole day. I call the delivery team and the first lady tells me the driver is on his way KNOWING that was never going to be delivered in the first place. I call again just ten minutes before 5PM and the second lady Shannon (very kind soul) tells me the driver has twenty deliveries and three 3 streets away from me. I said I will wait 10 minutes and the driver NEVER shows up. This morning, delivery changed to the 21st of NOV because my parcel got "allegedly" ******. It was never ******. That driver KNEW there was alcohol in and that is why my order was NEVER delivered. Now all a sudden, the driver got ****** but just last week they almost break the clutch of their car to deliver my previous order.

You call your customer BEFOREHAND if the driver is not able to deliver parcel. You don't want for the customer to call you. Send an email or something. The customer service is atrocious and delivery is slick/slimey.
