I want my money take a lot

I ordered a pressure cooker October last year, upon delivery the pot had some defects. I return it with a money back option. I never received my money and I was told that I can order something else and pay with that money through the cash on delivery option, but to my surprise that option is deactivated. Now I have to pump out money to make a follow up of money which they seem not to interested in paying back.
