I WANT MY MONEY OR MY ORDER

I ordered an iPhone 15 256GB Blue from Takealot worth R20488 on the 3rd of November and they came with the wrong items which contained 2 pills and face mask. We called Takealot about this issue and they logged a Return and asked whether they should do a replacement or credit back the voucher that our Insurance ( Standard Bank ) gave us because my phone had an issue and Standard Bank gave us a Takealot voucher which had the R20488 we ordered the iPhone 15 256GB Blue. Fast forward we chose the replacement and when it was the day of the delivery they again bought wrong items again! They came with 2 Lipsticks and stickers with toys. We’ve been sending emails and calling each and everyday and they still don’t want to refund us our money. We don’t want the phone anymore they should just give us our money back so we can go the actual store to buy a phone since they are ****mers and *******. They are unprofessional and *********. I despise them and I’ll make sure to make them trend.
