I want my money back in the next 24 hours

I bought a tv box which took over a week to deliver. When connecting the tv box I found that the unit was not compatible with DSTV STREAM.. I requested a return of the product as it was not serving its purpose. I received confirmation it was rejected. But no reason. I either was my money back or the **** defective unit I originally bought.

I will never buy from them again. The products are more damaged or not useful and this is not the first time I have had problems with their products. I have proof of a waffle maker with last coded as the product I bought first time but it was a mini, a return and credit refund requested so I ordered a second complete different unit and was once again sent a mini.
