I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Horrible experience of them not wanting to refund me my money back after they delivered a broken mirror. They kept on saying they will come get it but never do , this went on of a week of them not coming. Then suddenly my return log on the system says my retuned has been concluded because it was cancelled. All I want was them to get the mirro back and refund me because clearly they don't know how to handle and deliver fragile things safely to their customer but I am still here waiting and fighting for them to come get their money back. I will not stop talking about them Until they do what is right. I will take them to social media if that is what it takes for them to act accordingly because , on calls they act like they trying to help but nothing is taking place in helping.
