I want my money back !!

I placed an order on the 26th November, border Avent baby bottles and a baby bath tub. They said the order would be delivered by the 30th of November. It was not delivered , when I did a follow up they said they delivered to the wrong address so they must give me a new delivery date. But before they do that I must eft the money sice it was supposed to be cash on delivery. They said i should eft the money due with 24hours or my order would be cancelled so I did that. I sent the money but still they haven't delivered. I am due to deliver on Friday and I still dont have my babies bath tub and bottles. When I call and ask for refund I am told that they are escalating my situation , they deal with it .
