I want my money back

I bought a notebook some time in February for my school work. After I bought it I then changed my mind about as I got an offer from my boss of the same but way less price. It was still within 21 day return policy with everything attached to it. After more than a week of return,when I check my online account,boom it was credited with my refund. I do not want any credit on my online account but a refund into my bank account. What kind of a joke is this? When I did the return I was asked this question whether I want a refund or voucher credited to my profile and I chose refund. Why is my bank account not credited with that refund.
