I want my money back

Good I was disappointed by the service I got from Takealot I purchased a cellphone online on 23 of January 2021 and cellphone was delivered on 25 January within 3 days the phone was giving me problems it was turning off itself I decided to return the phone back to Takealot they checked and evaluated the phone and they said No faults was found with the phone so they decided to ship the phone back to me without contacting me I declined the delivery and log another return and also send them an email to let them know that I am no longer interested on the cellphone I want refund so now they refusing to give me refund the keep on saying the refund reason doesn't fall under the return policies.I request any help to resolve this matter as soon as possible because it's been long now they playing duck and dive with me
