I want my money back...

I placed an order and made a payment, with Takealot.com on 08.03.2020. I received the confirmation on 08.03.2020. Then on 09.03.2020 I received an e-mail to notify me that my order has been cancelled and the monies has been placed on my account as credit. 10.03.2020 I filled in the form on Takealot.com to get a refund as there is nothing else that I want. And when I submitted the form, all I got is a "WELL... THIS IS AWKWARD! The page or product you're looking for has vanished into thin air..." You cancelled my order... I want my money back...
