I want my money back

I recently bought a breakfast maker on Takealot. I was not happy with it, but when trying to return it for a replacement, my request was rejected. To my surprise because I've never had such an issue before. So after they returned it to me as is, I logged another return, this time wanting a refund. But again my request was rejected. I do not understand why they keep rejecting my return. I am not happy with the product, which I have not used because it was defective upon initial delivery. I want my money back and you keep this sub-standard appliance.
