I WANT MY MONEY

On the 25th of June, I went on to Takealot to purchase a 27-piece iron cast pot set. The order was canceled on the same day due to no stock. Why takealot has not been taken down is pot set only God knows why because IT IS NOT IN STOCK, STOP THE FALSE ADVERTISING.

I requested a refund on the same day and this was "approved" on their system. From that day I do not have any funds and I am writing this on the 5th of July.

Takealot is ****ming people with these pot iron cast pot sets and does not want to refund my money because of their false advertising. Spoke to the non-existent support and they keep quoting 3 to 5 working days, clearly, you hire *********** people who do not know how to count.

So it is easy for takealot to take the funds but when you they have to refund you, you have to jump from pillar to post.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THE FALSELY ADVERTISED IRON CAST POT SET THAT YOU CANCELED MY ORDER ON!!!!!!
