I want my money

I purchased set of Nike tracksuit(Top & pants) from Takealot on Friday the 24/05/2019. I was given a delivery date of the 27/05/2019 which was acceptable considering that I ordered on a Friday.

Come Monday the 27/05/2019 my goods were delivered only to find that there was only a top and no pants to complete the set. Now this was not the first time this has happened with takealot, which I understood as human errors are common but this was the 3rd time this has happened , which has cause me to lose faith in them

I reported this and specifically informed them that I need this for a function I was attending in the weekend so I needed this sorted before then. They only sent somebody to collect the return goods on Thursday which I thought they would refund my cash back since i paid cash on delivery but I was informed that the goods needs to be assessed first. Now I had to get another outfit elsewhere as they had already that they do not have the full set of what I purchased.

Now it is Tuesday the 04/06/2019 I have sent emails to Takealot since lastweek about my refund but it seems I am being ignored as nobody is responding me emails about when I am to get my refund in cash or credited into my bank account.

I just want my money back
