I want my item please!

I recently placed a R2500 order. I did not receive 1x item. To try and get my item has been an absolute nightmare. An email logging system keep on looping to me asking me the same question. One of the operators phoned me to tell me that he did not appreciate my poor service review. No call centre to phone. Absolutely poor service.
