I WANT MY FULL REFUND CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT

I ordered for 2 watches last week which was delivered only to found out the watches aint at all looking as described on the takealot portal. I returned both watches and requested my takealot account be credit so i can buy some other items from the site, both watch was collected inside the same box as it was delivered. Only to my surprise i was only credited for one watch and what happens to the 2nd watch because both watches were returned with the same order number
