I want my full refund and to be concempaited for my loss of money and time

I have a bad experience with this company still having issues with them it cost me time loss of money and customers

I bought a cellphone cash R6,500 it was delivered to me used it 3days while using it ' it stopped working went blank wasn't charging nothing. I immediately sent an email to them requesting full refund and for the phone to be collected 2days after I received an sms with a date of collection that was 3weeks ago till today. All I get is postponed to another day I called them and they keep on promising me that they'll come.

I'm a single parent I can't stay without a phone I had to buy another one with money I don't have, I sell handbags my business had to take a pause lost money and my customers for being ************* and *****ing their money as they couldn't get hold of me and I didn't deliver nor give them their refunds as I had to buy a phone with that money.

I'm angry frustrated and disappointed Takealot they don't care about people and how their Bad service is affecting them
