I want my credit

I ordered items from Takealot.com, they decided to deliver is earlier than the date they suggested when I was ordering, even after I spoke to the driver that came to deliver, told him to please come on the date that was said as I was not gonna be at the address before that date... they kept coming back on days that followed until they returned the order as "failed delivery". I had credit which I used to pay part of that order and they are not crediting me even after many attempts to talk to them!

I want my credit back so I can order again!
