I WANT MY CASH REFUND

I purchased 3 items to the value of R3498 (R50+R2799+649) in July 2020. I used R2498 from my credit card and a R1000 voucher to purchase the items. I returned the R649 item but never got my refund. Instead Takealot (Kayla Murphy and Reagan Williams) offered me a R649 voucher which I am forced to spend within the next 4 days or else it expires. I do not intend on buying anything within the next 4 days yet my hard earned cash is being ****** just because I do not intend on making a purchase. I asked Reagan Williams what will happen after the expiry date and he has since ignored me.

This is ****************. Out of the R3498 purchases made, only R1000 was a voucher and R2498 was cash. So how do you get to decide in what form to refund me in whereas the majority of my purchase was through a credit card and only a fraction was a voucher??? The item I have since returned is even less than the voucher amount used.
